JOIN AS A MEMBER

We welcome new members from any part of the Southend Community – both as individual members and group members. Membership is FREE. As a member, you will be invited to our monthly meetings and special events.

We are sure you will value being a member of a registered charitable organisation that exists for the benefit of the communities of Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas and values equality and diversity by:

• the promotion of racial and religious harmony by promoting mutual understanding and tolerance;
• working towards the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of race, gender, disability , sexual orientation or religion;
• advancing education and raising awareness in equality and diversity;
• promoting activities and events to foster understanding and tolerance between people from diverse backgrounds, in particular but not exclusively a community festival and events relating to culture;
• cultivating a sentiment in favour of equality and diversity.
